Leather Operator - Wellington FL

What you'll be doing:

After being trained and directly reporting to the workshop Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Repairing saddles : assembling / disassembling
  • Stitching by hand and machine
  • Shaving foam
  • Welding
  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Good sense of analysis
  • Comfortable with hands-on work


Working conditions:

Standing, Handling tools (Screwdrivers, sanding machine, Sewing machine)


Job Requirement:

  • Previous experience with saddle repairs needed (1 year minimum as a full-time job)
  • Ability to change the seat of a saddle (from the disassembly to the 1st tension step)
  • Knowledge of saddles and their technical features (different parts to be known)

Full-time position: 40h/week

Salary: To be determined according to the level of work experience.
