Administrative Assistant (Sales support), Wellington FL

Partner to many of the world's best riders, and due to increasing demands and activities we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Sales support team in Wellington (FL).


What you'll be doing...

After being trained and directly reporting to the Sales Follow-up Manager, you will in charge of (and not limited to):

  • Verifying the sales of our sales team
  • Updating sales follow-up documents
  • Debriefing sales with your managers
  • Making sure sales team's itinerary is updated in their agendas
  • Helping sales team with various requests (hotel bookings, travels etc.)
  • Updating databases
  • Contacting customers for "get-back saddles"
  • Coordinating with HR logistics of arrivals and departures of new sales representatives.


What we're looking for...

If you are a fast learner with a positive attitude, good computer skills (word, excel, power point) and the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing you may be just the person we are looking for. You must be well organized with strong analytic skills and attention to detail and able to juggle several tasks at the same time without getting flustered. Able to follow instructions and not afraid to ask questions, whilst working in a dead-line driven environment, you must have the ability to prioritize tasks. A team player willing to assist others in the office.


What we offer...

  • Full-time position: 40h, M-F 9am-6pm
  • Pay: from $13.00 per hour
  • Benefits: Health insurance (medical dental and vision) 100% paid by the company for employee only + 401(k) plan after 1 year of seniority + Paid Time Off (vacation/sick days).
