The new Mademoiselle sport saddle is specifically designed for women’s morphology. Its lightweight slimline ensures maximum comfort and precision when working your horse. Innovation and performance are totally feminine here.
The injected carbon kevlar Dynamick saddle tree that forms the backbone of the 2Gs saddle has been redesigned to perfectly adopt the female morphology. The performance of this saddle restes in large part upon this light and strong, flexible framework.
The Mademoiselle 2GS sport saddle is unique to you. You can choose between 11 colors for piping and stirrup leather keepers. An additional feminine touch.
If the pelvis is no longer under strain, work is facilitated. The U-shaped flat seat and use of foam at the front of the saddle and at ischial level perfectly adopt the female morphology to provide unbeatable comfort.
The wide opening of the Dynamick® saddle tree frees the horse’s movement when jumping. Every element of the assembly (stirrups bars, seat, etc) is inserted directly onto this framework. The panel screws are now integrated in the panels to improve the fit of the saddle on the horse's back. Contact is therefore at its maximum.
In order to keep their spine straight, women have to tip their pelvis further forward than men, thereby shifting their centre of gravity. They therefore sit further forward on their pubic bone which touches the saddle. This position can cause pain in the pubic symphysis. If the saddle is not padded at this level, women riders have to compensate by stooping to find their balance further back on the saddle.

The circular economy is at the heart of CWD’s overall environmental approach. In accordance with the law, CWD will recover your old products upon your request. This request must be made within one month of the order’s delivery, limited to the products and quantities purchased.
How do I organize the recovery of my used products? Please get in touch with our customer service. We will send you a prepaid delivery label to return your old equipment to us at no additional cost.
In order to protect the leather, it is essential to initially oil your saddle. At CWD, we carry out this process before delivering your made-to-measure saddle. No additional treatment is needed, and you can use it as soon as you receive it.
Beware of the risk of staining white clothes, especially during the first few uses.
Our accessories are delivered without having been oiled. Apply a large quantity of CWD oil or conditioner evenly and repeat if necessary to obtain the desired suppleness. Use the CWD glove to massage any excess conditioner into the leather. If possible, let the leather absorb the CWD conditioner for 24 hours in a well-ventilated room. Natural leathers will darken before lightening slightly to reach their definitive shade.span>
Before oiling or greasing your accessories, make sure to try them on your horse first. Accessories which have been greased cannot be returned.
STEP 1 : CARE
Care for your equipment regularly with a damp sponge and glycerine soap to retain a soft, solid leather.
Saddles & tack : Clean all your equipment every day.
STEP 2 : NOURISH
Oil with our balm, using the CWD glove. Adjust how often you do this depending on the seasons and poor weather. (c.f. expert advice).
Saddles : Start with the underside of the pads (excluding the billet straps), then the top side and finish with the seat. Renew once or twice a year.
Tack : Oil it once or twice a year. Adjust according to the products: for boots and girths, direct contact with water or sand may mean more regular oiling is required.
N.B.: All our saddles are oiled before they leave the workshop. Do not oil them before the first use. For tack, remember to try it before oiling it.
In summer, after each use, the leather needs to be treated to compensate for and repair the drying out caused by the sun and high temperatures.
In winter, a heated area is needed to combat the ambient humidity, which is damaging to its lifespan and can be a source of mould.
Avoid the following. As far as possible, avoid cleaning your leathers with products which contain solvents which will prematurely discolour the saddle and will dry out the leather fibres.
Tip. If your saddle has been in contact with water, dry the leather carefully by placing it in a warm room. Once dry, clean it and apply the CWD conditioner.
Be careful! Do not grease a saddle which has not been cleaned first: you risk letting the dirt penetrate into the leather, damaging its appearance and shine.
